TERMS OF SERVICE

By utilizing any services provided by Royal Caribbean Logistics (hereinafter referred to as "Royal Caribbean Logistics"), you hereby agree to adhere to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below:

Refund Policy:
Customers shall only be entitled to refunds from Royal Caribbean Logistics in the event of non-performance of duties under our advertised or contracted services. Royal Caribbean Logistics shall not be liable to provide refunds for issues arising from the non-performance of a seller or any third party. If a refund is issued by a seller or third party for their non-performance or non-conformity of goods, Royal Caribbean Logistics shall not be obligated to provide additional compensation for services rendered, including administrative fees, shipping, customs duties, Hazardous Materials charges, etc. Refunds shall be processed within 1-3 business days.

Return Policy:
Customers are responsible for all return costs for goods required to be returned or exchanged by their seller(s), except when the return is attributable to fault or negligence related to a service explicitly offered by Royal Caribbean Logistics. Liability shall not extend beyond the reasonable capabilities of our systems or those of our sub-contractors.

Insurance:
Our insurance policy covers loss or damage of packages while in our possession, subject to the provisions of sections 7 and 13 of this document. All Mailbox shipments shall incur a minimum non-waivable insurance charge covering up to US$50 in value, unless additional coverage is purchased before shipment loading for transit to Guyana. Reimbursements, if eligible, shall be equivalent to 120% of the invoice value corresponding to the applicable coverage. Insurance coverage applies only to packages in transit from our New York warehouse to Guyana and excludes coverage for manufacturer defects and other vendor-related issues. Royal Caribbean Logistics shall not be liable for incorrect, missing, or damaged goods received at our warehouse from any seller, shipper, or merchant.

Package Collection:
Customers must collect their orders/shipments within 14 days of arrival in Guyana. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe shall result in a holding fee charge of GYD$2000. Unclaimed packages after TWO (2) months may be sold, with any prior payments forfeited, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.

Dangerous & Restricted Goods:
Certain goods may require additional certification for shipping due to safety concerns or prohibitions under international aviation regulations or local import laws. Our handling of Dangerous Goods adheres to regulations outlined by IATA. Additional charges may apply for the shipment of hazardous products beyond those advertised on our site. Hazardous Material flights occur monthly.

I.D. Policy:
A valid government-issued ID is required to collect packages at our office.

Inspection Policy:
All packages must be thoroughly inspected in the presence of a Royal Caribbean Logistics representative at the time of collection for an insurance claim to be valid. No exceptions shall be made.

Termination:
Royal Caribbean Logistics reserves the right to refuse business or terminate accounts for customers found to be in breach of our terms and conditions or for reasons perceived as detrimental to our company.

Anti-Waiver:
Royal Caribbean Logistics expressly informs customers that it does not waive its rights under any clauses outlined in these terms and conditions by providing services or assistance outside the scope of this document.

Order Service:
Royal Caribbean Logistics is not a seller of any goods purchased through our order service, nor are we affiliated with sellers, websites, or merchants. Customers assume all risks associated with ordering from third parties.
