We Have The Answers

  • USPS packages aren't delivered to our warehouse. When marked delivered or available for pickup, they're at the USPS location in New York. Typically, our warehouse is notified within 1 to 3 business days, sometimes up to 7, to collect packages for processing and the next shipment.

  • We fly weekly from New York to Georgetown every Monday and Wednesday. Flights may change due to holidays or unexpected delays. Check our Flight Status page for schedules and statuses.

     

    Cut-off times:

    • For Monday's flight, packages must arrive by 10:00 AM the preceding Friday.

    • For Wednesday's flight, packages must arrive by 10:00 AM the preceding Wednesday. Exceptions may apply, especially during peak seasons, with processing times potentially delayed up to 7 business days. A peak season surcharge applies from November 1 to December 31 annually.

  • Your account details can be found in the dashboard and profile section of your account in the customer portal. Contact us if you're having trouble accessing this information.

  • Yes, simply let us know you'd like to receive these updates, and we'll add that feature to your account.

  • To maintain efficiency, we don't offer traditional consolidation. However, we do bundle packages processed before a scheduled flight on a single invoice to save on charges, especially during peak seasons. VIP shippers don't require consolidation since they're charged at a standard rate based on actual weight.

  • We charge based on actual weight only. You can verify the weight of a package by requesting a re-weighing by one of our representatives.

  • In line with industry standards, weight charges are rounded up to the nearest whole number.

  • A minimum insurance fee is charged on all invoices, covering packages against incidental loss or damage up to $50 in value. Inform our staff when collecting that you received a damaged package and provide the seller's invoice. Additional insurance coverage may be requested before shipment, with packages needing inspection in the presence of an RCL representative for reimbursement eligibility.

  • Send us the link(s) of the items you want to order or use our Order Quote Calculator for a quotation, including all costs and required down payment. Confirm the order by sending us the Quotation ID once the required down payment is made.

  • Estimated arrival times to our USA warehouse vary depending on the seller. After arrival at our warehouse, it takes 1 to 3 business days for items to reach Guyana. Shipping times to our warehouse are beyond our control, but expedited shipping can be requested for faster delivery, incurring additional charges.

  • Our warehouse is in the industrial district of South Richmond Hill, New York, with the zip code 11419.

  • Costs include the item price, applicable USA sales tax, shipping from the seller, customs duty, shipping to Guyana, and our administrative fee. Hazardous material fees apply to specific items such as perfumes, colognes, and nail polish.

  • Our service fee is an administrative charge for processing orders.

  • For orders under $100,000, a minimum of 50% down payment is required. For orders over $100,000, a minimum of 75% down payment is required. Failure to pay the minimum down payment will result in the order not being processed.

  • Quotations provided are estimates and subject to change. Increases can occur due to actual weight exceeding estimates, higher customs charges, or a combination of both.

  • Our exchange rate is $1 USD = $220 GYD.
